I’m shocked Chuck didn’t finish his declarative sentence with his favorite platitude, “soon”.

His nickname in our household is Chuck Sooner because he always says “soon”, but never gets anything substantive done.

At this point all of Congress is completely irrelevant/impotent/worthless.
