11 days agoI wouldn’t say just as toxic. I’ve found it can lead to dermopathy, a skin condition, and indeed liver damage (which isn’t unusual), but not any seriously life-threatening condition. Kava is, by all means, safer than alcohol.

I solved grocery prices by going to Aldi. The problem is not everyone has a non-American market around.
Why drink when you can use kava kava instead? It’s alcohol, but with less nausea, significantly less toxicity, less potential for interaction with other substances, and no hangover. Why wouldn’t you?
Well, I do live in the US, which makes my life way harder.
