In 75% of the meetings I participate in, I’m a key person and have to provide meaningful information, some of it based on the discussion in the meetings. If I had “mic issues” in them, they’d want me to start showing up early to address them before the meeting. And thus we’re back to square one.

I don’t really care what she looks like. She’s clearly friendly. If she isn’t hurting people or other animals than she is infinitely better than most politicians, large company CEOs, etc. Bring on the nice people with aesthetics I don’t understand.

I use my extra screws and nails. It has saved me trips to the store and a lot of frustration. I also have a box of random wood scraps. I use those all the time, too. Props for holiday decorations, securing furniture to the wall, weights to hold down tarps/plastic sheets.
My wife likes to fill spaces. We need this, we need that. I am the kind of person who doesn’t like to get rid of something I feel like I might use later. We both occasionally go through and just chuck a bunch of stuff. I like to be really organized about certain things, and those spaces I am not a hoarder about.
I’ve had my Pixel 5 since around the time the 6 came out. The battery life isn’t great, but I can get by just fine. Maybe Samsung phone batteries are better, but before this I had a Samsung Galaxy. The battery on that was no better. I know this is anecdotal, but I don’t plan to switch when my 5 croaks.
